You're coming on a medical mission!
You've been accepted and now you are wondering what you need to do to prepare to make an impact in Ghana! Serving others in a foreign country is always going to present some hurdles that we'll have to go over, this webpage is here to make those hurdles as painless and clear as possible.
You should have already completed (or in the process of completing) the following items:
Complete these forms will take about one hour, however, they are divided into sections so you can complete them in smaller segments. We need the following items from you within two months of your departure:

- Travel visa (see volunteer handbook)
- Signing the Terms and Conditions (completed with your volunteer application)
- Completing your background check

4 - Flight Details & Travel InsuranceTo complete this form you need to have all of your flight details ready. We need these details so that we pick you up at the airport on time (even if your flight is delayed) and drop you off at the airport in time for your departing flight.
Travel insurance; we are looking for "emergency evacuation". In the unlikely event that something bad happens we can leave quickly and get proper medical care quickly. |
